Film can also be booked on its own. If you already have a photographer you want to work with, we film the day alongside them and nothing about the way David works changes. Booking both from us is something we like doing, it is not something you have to do.
The same goes for elopements and small weddings. An elopement is often just the two of you, an officiant and a witness or two, and the film follows the day at that scale rather than a full timeline. With a small group there is little room for two separate crews, so one team covering both photo and film tends to keep the day calm.
